We are an internationally active boutique law firm established in 2017, specialising in commercial litigation, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution, based on the Außenalster in Hamburg. We are currently looking for a committed Legal Assistant (Rechtsanwaltsfachangestellte) (m/f/d) or Team Assistant (m/f/d) on a full-time or part-time basis.

Your responsibilities: Organising and completing all tasks typically associated with legal secretarial work and providing proactive support to our solicitors in their client work and other activities (conferences, business development, follow-ups and deadlines, conflict checks, etc.), including

– Assisting clients and guests on the telephone, at reception, and by email

– General correspondence and processing of written documents and presentations

– Diligent filing, file management and digital storage

– Scheduling and travel planning in Germany and abroad

– Organising internal and external events 

– Supporting general office organisation (including coordination with service providers, ordering office supplies and stock, etc.)

– Supporting other administrative areas (e.g. marketing)

Your profile: You have successfully completed training in the areas of legal assistance, foreign language correspondence, office management, hotel management or a comparable qualification and ideally have initial professional experience in office management, assistance or administration. You have a friendly and confident manner, are experienced in using common MS Office applications and demonstrate commitment and organisational skills. Good written and spoken English skills are an advantage.
