Lana Marie Spangenberg, JD (W&L)

Lana Marie Spangenberg, JD (W&L), née Wright, is an Attorney at Law (USA) and a member of the Texas Bar and the Hamburg Bar (Mitglied der Hanseatischen Rechtsanwaltskammer Hamburg). She advises and assists clients in matters of international and US law, including in proceedings under 28 U.S. Code § 1782 to obtain discovery in the United States for legal proceedings outside of the United States.

She places particular importance on effective legal writing, crafting of powerful arguments, and effective communication. Next to her role in the firm, Lana Marie Spangenberg teaches US Corporate and Commercial Law, US Secured Transactions and Bankruptcy, and Transactional Drafting at Bucerius Law School and is a Senior Legal Counsel Americas for TOMRA.
